Dr. Nadine Gardiner is a nationally registered acupuncturist with the Australian Health practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and Member of the Australian Traditional Medicine Society (ATMS).
An Acupuncture session with Nadine involved the insertion of fine needles along specific areas on the body to influence various physiological processes, such as; hormone regulation, blood flow, inflammation, and immune response. Depending on the desired outcome other tools such as cupping are often used in combination with Acupuncture to enhance the overall treatment.
Chinese Medicine views the entire person and not just the symptoms, therefore Nadine encourages and empowers patients to understand their own health, and offer lifestyle and dietary information alongside Herbal Medicine when needed.
