Join the tenant community

Just four kilometres from the CBD, the Abbotsford Convent has become an inner-city sanctuary for creative practitioners and organisations seeking a peaceful, yet vibrant working environment.

Home to more than 127 creatives, organisations and wellbeing practitioners, one of the key benefits of being based at the Convent is the support, collaboration and cross-pollination our creative community offers. The Convent supports a vibrant and active community and space is in high demand.

Joining the Convent as a tenant provides a unique opportunity to be part of Australia’s largest creative community.

Tenant benefits
Tenants are invited to be part of the Convent’s year-round program of events, and exhibit at St Heliers Street Gallery, which predominantly showcases tenants’ work. Tenants also receive heavily discounted rates for hiring the Convent’s venues for meetings, rehearsals, events, film shoots, performances and workshops. Tenants also receive access to complimentary WiFi at the Convent.
