Please note, this event has been postponed until August 2024, with new dates to to be announced at a later date.

There is a big love in Melbourne/Naarm for our furry friends and a growing love for D.I.Y projects. When the two loves come together we get a D.I.Y workshop for you and your special pooch!Doggie Jumpers help provide warmth, calm and a sense of safety especially on those cooler mornings for our four-legged angels. The fleece designs have also brought happiness, joy and love to the people in our community who literally have become obsessed. With all these positive benefits you only want to get involved!

One dog per participant can attend the workshop if they are trained and have good manners. It is ideal to bring a mat, towel or blanket your dog loves for them to sit on. Please be responsible for any toileting during the workshop.

What’s included in your ticket?

  • Sewing pattern hand-tailored to your dog
  • Sewing machine basic skills and care
  • Colourful sewing threads and fleece fabric to choose from
  • Sewing machine access (although if you have your own you’re welcome to bring it with you)
  • Access to pins, chalk, fabric scissors, etc.
  • A doggie donut for your pooch from Western Dynasty
  • Future access to the online workshop via a password and;
  • A custard creative embroider patch.

When you sign up to the workshop you will receive an email with a map with directions on how to get to the Packing Room at Abbotsford Convent and updated details as required.
