We currently have one large studio available for lease on the first floor of the Κτίριο Μονής. The former nun’s dormitory has high ceilings with cathedral height windows allowing plenty of natural light. The room boasts stunning views of the Heritage Gardens, is self-contained and lockable, and comes with hydronic heating and ceiling fans. Shared kitchenette facilities and bathrooms with shower facilities are nearby.
Sitting alongside the Yarra Capital Trail, the Convent is accessible by bike or via public transport. All tenants receive a discount for use of a 300-space onsite car park.
Onsite you’ll find an assortment of delicious food options, markets, venues, a gallery and an extensive program of events and workshops all at your doorstep. With over 130 studios onsite, the Convent is home to some of Melbourne’s finest creatives, arts organisations, and wellbeing practitioners, making this the ultimate place for collaboration and community engagement.
