Tenant benefits
Tenants are invited to be part of the Convent’s year-round program of events and to exhibit at St Heliers Street Gallery, which predominantly showcases tenants’ work. Tenants also receive heavily discounted rates for hiring the Convent’s venues for meetings, rehearsals, events, film shoots, performances and workshops. Complimentary WiFi at the Convent is also available.
Studios, services & amenities
Abbotsford Convent offers a diverse range of studio and office spaces, ranging from 10 – 120 square metres in size. Tenants have access to shared kitchenette facilities, bathrooms and showers, as well as discounted car parking. Rooms are self-contained, lockable and have hydronic heating.
Placed alongside the Main Yarra Trail, the Convent is also easily accessible on bike or public transport.
On-site you’ll find an assortment of great food options, regular weekend markets, and an extensive program of events and workshops. The Convent’s sprawling heritage gardens offer the perfect respite from your working day.
