A divine unfurling and grooving of eco-creative offerings for all ages!

Come dance at CLUB COMPOST: a mega Mini Beast Disco for all ages, presented with Convento di Abbotsford e Midsumma Festival 2024. This big-hearted, community-minded eco-disco extravaganza promises a wild lime green luminescent burst for critters of all varieties!

Join renowned and beloved Proud and Queer underground artists, Betty Grumble e DANDROGYNY, as they undulate, squirm and worm into orbit. You’ll be inspired to do the same, and more…

This collaborative disco combines music, movement and play to cultivate an expansive view of the natural world, ultimately fostering deeper empathy, understanding and a sense of awe, always. CLUB COMPOST seeks to reframe ideas of ‘us’ and ‘community’ to include the biosphere through compost-inspired experiments in play and possibility.

Bring a hat, sunscreen, water bottle and wear green! Get in touch for any further access needs or requirements. Please note, this event will be filmed and photographed.

CLUB COMPOST is shared on Wurundjeri Woi Wurrung Country.

She has her Master’s in Fine Arts/Arse and has presented work at Dark Mofo, The Sydney Opera House, Glastonbury, Edinburgh Fringe, Perth and Adelaide Fringes, The Melbourne Comedy Festival, The Festival of Dangerous Ideas, Belvoir St Theatre, The Bearded Tit, Berlin Fringe and beyond.
