Bread-making should be simple and most importantly, fun!

Hosted by one of the fully qualified bakers or pastry chefs at Panificio del Convento, these bread-making workshops will encourage you to have fun at home, experimenting with bread. The workshops will talk you through simple bread-making techniques, which you will be able to replicate at home for the enjoyment of friends and family.

 

All workshops include:

  • A welcome cup of organic coffee or tea
  • A Convent Bakery apron
  • Woodfired scones for morning tea, which you make, eat and take home
  • A lunchtime walk around historic Convent buildings and grounds
  • Calzone for lunch, which you make, eat and take home
  • All recipes and baking methods
  • 1 kilo of organic flour to take home
