Micheline Lee

Working with paint and more recently digital imagery, Micheline has been exhibiting since 1993 with 10 solo exhibitions and 15 group exhibitions in Australia and internationally. Micheline’s work, through depicting figures at certain points in their lives (often at the point of departure), conveys a sense of transition.

Her awards include an Australia Council for the Arts grant to tour a solo show to Berlin and Paris and an Asialink residency to make new work and exhibit in Malaysia. Four years ago, Micheline started writing. The result is a novel ‘The Healing Party’ published by Black Inc.
