Prideworthy is a mental health counselling e sexology service that focuses on empowering individuals to live life as their true selves, uninhibited. We believe that counselling interventions should be bespoke e client-led, with each person’s unique intersectionality at the forefront. Prideworthy practitioners bring lived experience of being queer e neurodivergent to their work.

We offer a range of services, including psychotherapy, counselling, e sexology, to help people dealing with mental, sexual, and relationship health issues. We recognize that there is no one-size-fits-all therapeutic modality, and we approach each individual through a culturally sensitive approach, recognising that everyone brings their own experiences and backgrounds.

At Prideworthy, we provide a safe and supportive space for people to be their true selves and thrive despite societal binaries. We strive to empower individuals to overcome these oppressive frameworks and to celebrate the euphoria of living a prideworthy life.
