We currently have a 91m2 studio available for lease on the first floor of the Sacred Heart Building. The room has courtyard views, is lockable and comes with hydronic heating and split system units. The space contains a private meeting room with kitchenette facilities and bathrooms with shower facilities are nearby.
Sitting alongside the Yarra Capital Trail, the Convent is accessible by bike or via public transport. All tenants receive a discount for use of a 300-space onsite car park.
Onsite you’ll find an assortment of delicious food options, markets, venues, a gallery and an extensive program of events and workshops all at your doorstep. Price
Independent Creatives: $2,000pcm (including GST and utilities)
NFP Arts/Cultural or Learning organisations: $2,220 pcm (including GST and utilities)
Professional Creative Businesses: $2,400 pcm (including GST and utilities)
Other upfront costs: Bond (equal to 2 months’ rent excl GST) and $50 per key deposit.
