Nadin started his creative journey in the streets of rural central Italy. Re-migrating to Australia, where his mum and dad conceived him, he found the motivation and support to extend his original media (photography and film) to other ways of visual expression. His research leads him to uncharted territories where interdisciplinary techniques are explored. So far he has experimented with photography, drawing, painting, installation, sculpture, audio frequencies, writing and thread to convey his message. Nadin’s main focus is the concept of ‘connection’, intended as both internal (with mind, body and feelings) and external (with nature and fellow humans). His current project is exploring human connection through storytelling and photography. His aim is to generate a sense of self-compassion in both the subject and the viewer of the photo.
