Charlotte @ Core Counselling offers Relationship Counselling to both individuals and couples, using a person-centred, trauma-informed approach.
One of her favourite quotes is by the great relationship counsellor, Esther Perel:
“The quality of our relationships determines the quality of our lives”.
For couples who are experiencing relationship distress and feeling stuck, who are struggling with communication issues and intimacy. Charlotte works within the framework of the gold star of couples therapy: Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT/EFT) to guide the sessions.
For individuals who want to work on their relationship with themself and with others, be it their intimate partner, their family, friends and work colleagues or all of the above. Charlotte works within the framework of Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT) to guide the sessions.
Charlotte holds a Master of Counselling (University of Canberra) and has completed a long list of trainings in counselling and embodiment modalities (please see her website for details). She is a registered member of The Australian Counselling Association.
