Bridget a’Beckett

Bridget is a musician, actor, writer and composer.

She has filled her life up with music in every capacity, leading a choir for advanced singers, for kids and one-off jam sessions for instrumentalists and singers of every skill level.

She is also one half of Sprouts Creative, an organisation that promotes creativity as a tool for wellbeing.

She has performed in professional musical theatre and as a solo artist. She has led creative projects in the government and community sectors as a facilitator, composer and musical director.

She has written 3 musicals for children and is a big believer in the power of creative expression for making healthy humans.
