St Heliers Street Gallery
Centrally located within the Abbotsford Convent multi-arts precinct, St Heliers Street Gallery delights audiences each year with high calibre works from emerging and established artists. Established in 2009 to support the growing community of Convent artists, St Heliers Street Gallery also accepts submissions from the broader community and does not charge commission on works sold.
Connected to Cam’s – a bustling café and local institution for knock-off drinks – the gallery is a natural place to meet and share work with a diverse and growing audience. The gallery is managed by the Abbotsford Convent Foundation (ACF) in partnership with Cam’s Kiosk.
The Abbotsford Convent Foundation (ACF) proudly presents contemporary arts and cultural work across all art forms. We work collaboratively with artists and in partnership with other arts and cultural organisations to share our unique, multi-arts precinct with diverse audiences. We aim to stimulate engagement and cultural exchange through the wonderful and unexpected curiosities of our people and our place – and community spaces like St Heliers Street Gallery are at the heart of that vision.
