Laughter Club at the Convent
Laughter is a natural and energising human activity. Joining in a laughter session allows you to enjoy the benefits, which many people are discovering, that result from using laughter as a basis for exercise and physical culture. Running for 30 – 40 minutes, Laughter Club is a simple, natural way to energise, oxygenate and de-stress; you'll also build aerobic strength and capacity – and have a fun time in the process.
