Finding Inner Peace Through Buddhist Meditation Retreats
We are all trying to find peace in our busy lives. We rarely find a moment for quiet contemplation, truly resting our mind. Meditation is about creating this space for yourself, helping you deal with the pressures of everyday life.
Taking time out from your busy life for a meditation retreat is invaluable for making positive changes in your wellbeing and state of mind. Retreats provide the conditions for finding true inner peace.
We are fortunate to have the Venerable Zasep Tulku Rinpoche, return to Australia and present this public talk. Rinpoche is a highly realised and respected teacher of Tibetan Buddhism.
Born and raised in Tibet, Rinpoche escaped to India in 1959 and continued his studies there. He has been teaching in the West for more than 40 years, initially in Australia in the 1970s, and now based in Canada.
Rinpoche has led many short and longer retreats with students at his centres in Canada, Australia and the USA. Rinpoche is also engaged in helping others in need through the work of his NGO.
