Traditional East Asian Medicine
Traditional East Asian Medicine promotes vitality, restores harmony and harnesses the body's ability to self heal using acupuncture, shiatsu, herbal medicine, dietary therapy, cupping and moxibustion. Our body, mind and spirit are viewed as interelated aspects of the whole person and receiving regular treatment is one way in which we can bring balance to all facets of our life. Commonly treated conditions include digestive complaints, women's health, chronic illness, stress and pain. Shiatsu and meridian therapy are suitable for any stage of life from newborns and children through to end of life care. Elizabeth is happy to discuss your particular needs with you via telephone or email.
Elizabeth received her training in Chinese Medicine, shiatsu and meridian therapy (Toyohari method) in Australia and Japan and has been in private practice since 2007.
