Visual artist / Activist / Teacher
Eureka is an artist working in mixed media and photo montage and in artistic interventions combining his group facilitation and art making skills. A queer activist, his art pushes boundaries with use of the unclothed male figure in a religious or political context. With qualifications in Arts Social Work and Business he was selected for residencies in Berlin in 2014,Venice in 2015 Pennsylvania in 2017 and Seville in 2018 Finalist of the Australia Post Midsumma Prize January 2018 Finalist ROI Prize 2018 solo exhibitions in 2016 2017 and 2019.
He is also Co-founder of Art Summer School at the Convent held in early January each year and regularly teaches life drawing at events and festivals He is available to teach art, facilitate groups or to collaborate with other artists models and curators.
