Henry Fowkes

Henry Fowkes is an internationally accredited teacher of Open Floor Movement Practice and a skilled group facilitator and educator, with over a decade of experience. He is an Associate Facilitator and educator at the Groupwork Centre and a third-year student of Gestalt Psychotherapy at Gestalt Therapy Australia.

He began his journey as a civil engineer and has since applied his facilitation skills as a project manager, facilitator and educator, on projects both locally and internationally in Australia, Africa, Europe and North America. He has worked for a variety of organisations, from not for profits and local government departments, to schools and universities.

Henry is an energetic and down-to-earth facilitator and educator who engages groups with his relatable teachings, humour and legendary tunes. His approach is relationally focused working with what’s alive in the present moment, supporting people to uncover their own learnings and insights. Henry is fascinated by the role of ritual in our modern society and loves nothing more than a great conversation, or a big dance.
