Organisational Learning Australia (OLA) is a boutique registered training organisation, which delivers training to early childhood educators at both Certificate III and Diploma level. OLA has strong partnerships with family day care and childcare providers, and can help guarantee employment for any graduate from children’s services courses who also meet home safety inspection requirements. Its course delivery emphasises a play-based curriculum, and draws on insights from thinkers such as Rudolph Steiner, Reggio Emilia and Maria Montessori. OLA also offer Certificate IV Remedial Massage as a complement to the thriving wellbeing centre here at the Convent.
