Join Henry Fowkes for another Open Floor Series — The Movement Rites.
This series is a modern-day movement-based rite of passage journey: a five-week transformative committed series supporting your becoming.
Perhaps you have a specific threshold you are crossing in your life that you want support to move through? Or do you feel a hunger to be more intimately connected to your ever changing somatic experience?
Use dance, artistic & reflective practices, and rituals to move with your inner terrain, in this Open Floor Series. Each week will include specific practical teachings to support you to deepen and move through a change process in a creative and embodied way.
If you feel uncertain about your mental resilience or capacity to participate in this series, please contact Henry to discuss if it is appropriate for your needs.
