Vendredi Yoga avec Jo Lloyd

Esteemed dance artist Jo Lloyd is offering weekly yoga classes out of her beautiful Sacred Heart studio on Friday mornings.

Jo leads a stimulating intermediate level Vinyasa practice, incorporating clear alignment cues and creative sequencing, anchored in Yoga traditions, balancing energy and bringing awareness to breath and the activity of the mind.

Jo incorporates her experience and knowledge of the body through her dance and Yoga practices; Iyengar, Shadow Yoga and Vinyasa YTT.
