Immerse yourself in a profound journey of healing and relaxation with the Candle Sound Healing Meditation experience. Guided by the gentle flicker of candles and the soothing melodies of carefully curated soundscapes, this session offers a unique blend of sensory therapy and mindfulness practice.

Led by experienced practitioners Tina Reardon and Kaitlin Thom, in a serene and tranquil setting, each session begins with a grounding meditation to centre your mind and body. As the candles cast their calming glow, you will be guided through a series of breathwork exercises to deepen your relaxation and enhance your connection to the present moment.

Through the harmonious resonance of crystal bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, and other sacred instruments, you will embark on a journey of vibrational healing. These ancient sounds are thought to harmonise the body’s energy centres, promoting physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing.

Whether you are seeking relief from everyday stress, looking to deepen your meditation practice, or simply craving a moment of tranquility, the Candle Sound Healing Meditation Experience offers a sanctuary for rejuvenation and self-discovery.

 

Please note there is an age restriction of 16+. Must bring yoga matt, dress warm and cosy. Recommended to bring water, blanket and pillow.

Tina Reardon

A wellness advocate passionate about metal health and personal growth. She offers support in finding inner strength, reducing stress and anxiety, and calming the mind and nervous system to experience a more balanced, and fulfilled existence.

Going through a series of challenging life events has given her a unique perspective on how to handle change and on the incredible strength of human resilience. Her journey began as a personal quest to cope and find balance which led her to discover the transformative power of mindfulness and wellness practices. Her practices can fit into daily life, helping to cultivate peace and focus when it’s needed most and provide a safe space for exploration, reflection, and growth.

Kaitlin Thom

A kinesiologist and intuitive healer dedicated to nurturing holistic wellness. With a unique blend of scientific expertise and intuitive insight, Kaitlin offers a transformative approach to health and well-being. Her holistic approach honors the interconnectedness of physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being, offering a comprehensive path to healing and personal growth.

Beyond her proficiency in kinesiology, Kaitlin integrates intuitive healing techniques to address the deeper dimensions of wellness.
