The Prosecco Festival

Join us for the 8th annual Prosecco Festival — back at Abbotsford Convent on Saturday 22nd February 2025!

This unique event brings together Italian importers and local Prosecco producers, as well as Van Di Vino, Australia’s original Prosecco and Spritz Bar, wines by the glass, award-winning craft beer, delicious food, and great tunes to get you in the mood.

Also available will be Italian and local cider, local craft beer, and non-alcoholic options thanks to our alcohol-removed sponsor Edenvale.

The lush green lawn will be host to an array of delicious Italian and local food and wine including: arrosticini, panzerotti, arancini, cheese, lasagne, pizza, cannoli, tiramisu, gelato.
Gluten free and vegetarian options available.

Each ticket includes a Plumm sparkling wine tasting glass, brochure and tote bag for take-home purchases, and tastings of all wines.

Please note, this is an adults only event — children under 18 cannot be accommodated.

The Sessions

2 session times are available:
Session 1:  11am – 3pm
Session 2: 4.30pm – 8.30pm

There is a VIP Masterclass session for each time slot — including a 45 minute Masterclass with the Prosecco Queen, Melissa Brauer, where guests will taste 4 different styles of Prosecco paired with antipasto.

Dal Zotto and Aperol team up to provide guests with Aperol Spritz on arrival. This ticket includes the General Admission ticket.

Dal Zotto 90’s Bangers After Party

For anybody keen to keep the party going, the Prosecco Queen will be turning the Oratory into a dance party, complete with a disco ball and the best 90’s tunes ever.
