- Creative Expression: Connect with peers and enjoy playful energies, as you try out techniques that are not only therapeutic for you but can also be integrated into your teaching practice.
- Professional Growth: Explore Creative Arts Therapies and strategies and gain valuable resources for classroom creativity.
- Mindfulness: Enjoy gentle, restorative practices including guided visualisation, helping to release tension and cultivate self-compassion.
- Movement: Discover how gentle movement practices can improve your mood, reduce stress, create space and enhance well-being.
- Nourishment: Herbal teas & Chai on arrival. Small breaks throughout the day. Allocated time to take in lunch at the Convent or bring your own and take a walk in the beautiful gardens.

Healing Arts Movement Facilitators:
- Laura Battley: A Clinical Psychotherapist and Supervisor with over two decades of experience, blending mental health expertise with natural healing modalities. Through Transpersonal Art Therapy, Contemporary Shamanic practices, and Energy Healing, Laura is dedicated to guiding others towards Awareness, Wholeness, Empathy and Nurture for personal and professional longevity.
- Alona Rosenberg: A Dance Movement Therapist with a lifelong passion for movement and free expression, Alona blends traditional dance techniques with improvisation and choreography to support emotional and physical well-being. Her approach is person-centered, focusing on meeting individuals where they are in their journey.
- Jaana Sahling: An art therapist with over a decade of professional practice, is deeply committed to fostering self-connection through creative processes, Jaana specialises in using art to enhance emotional well-being. She offers a safe and supportive space for exploration through painting, collage, movement, and writing.
