Super Bloom Festival is a new boutique wellbeing event redefining the conventional festival experience. Super Bloom Festival embraces the exploration of wellbeing and invites you to pursue a more extraordinary, well-lived life.

Super Bloom Festival will transform Abbottsford Convent into a sprawling village of discovery bringing together a program of over 100 sessions featuring wellbeing leaders, practitioners, philosophers, performers and artists.

Over an entire weekend of curated experiences, performances, classes and workshops, Festival goers will hear from an extraordinary line up of wellbeing experts such as clinical psychologist, life coach and yogi Dr. Lauren Tober; pioneer of holistic medicine and wellness revolutionary Professor Marc Cohen; sexologist and relationship expert Dr. Nikki Goldstein; international community-designer, mindfulness and movement facilitator, Al Jeffery and renowned leadership coach and meditation teacher, Asher Packman.

Other incredible speakers include writer, speaker and feminist thinker Clementine Ford; female empowerment and leadership coach, Kemi Nekvapil; journalist Rachelle Unreich, as well as meditation authority coach and speaker, Kat John.

Culinary and nutrition experts Lola Berry, Reece Carter, Jess Sepel and Tobie Puttock will provide tantalising live cooking demonstrations and insightful lectures on healthy eating and nutrition. Teams from The School of Life and Dumbo Feather will lead interactive and informative workshops and panel discussions.

Attendees can also participate in unlimited group movement classes including hip hop yoga by Yoga 213, to slow and sweaty grooves by award-winning first nations choreographer Amrita Hepi, acro yoga from Warrior One, sculpting barre from the cult-hit, Barre Body.

Enter curious. Leave inspired.
