“Unfurl yourself into the grace of beginning that is at one with your life’s desire.” — John O’Donohue

As we enter into the New Year, this day-long retreat offers you a chance to connect, reflect, and envision your year ahead from a place of deep embodied listening—embracing the mystery before rushing straight to planning a to-do list. As David Whyte says… “What you can plan is too small for you to live. What you can live wholeheartedly will make plans enough for the vitality hidden in your sleep.”

In your day together, you will use Open Floor movement practice—a vibrant, mindful, free-form dance practice—to wholeheartedly find solid ground in the present moment, release unwanted baggage from the year gone, and soulfully envision how you’d love to live in 2025. You will create a space together to allow new perspectives and possibilities to emerge and let our visions unfurl from this place. The day will full of dancing and ritual, to embody and deeply listen to what’s here and what you hope for, before marking your intent through art with reflective and creative practices. No dance experience required or moves to follow.
