Join Conscious Kinship in this one day immersive wellness experience for women navigating perimenopause and menopause. Into Her Power brings together leading health educators, somatic practitioners and sound healers for a day of hormone education, embodiment practices and genuine community – reframing this life stage as an initiation, not a decline.
The day moves through hormone education, Qi Gong for pelvic health, somatic embodiment practices, sound healing and a shared seasonal lunch. Guided by leading voices in women’s midlife health including Dr Sarah Gray (Perimenopause educator), Dr Anny Fodor (Traditional Chinese Medicine doctor) and Tanya Alijani (leading Australian sound healer) – this is a nourishing, supportive space for women to learn, feel and heal.
This is a women-only space. Open to all women, no matter which stage they are at.
This is a single-day session, running twice. Please choose the session that works best with your schedule.
Participants are encouraged to bring a yoga mat, pillow and blanket for sound healing, and to wear comfortable clothing they can move gently in.
Conscious Kinship is a Melbourne based wellbeing brand creating immersive experiences that help people reconnect with themselves – through retreats, events and corporate programs built around a simple shift: Return, Reset, Reorient.
Kerren McNamara founded Conscious Kinship after years of holding it all together for everyone but herself, until the exhaustion and fog became impossible to ignore. She stepped back, explored every healing modality she could find and slowly found her way home to herself. Into Her Power grew from that same experience: the day Kerren wished had existed when she needed it most – a space where women navigating midlife could find real answers, embodied practices and genuine community.
