Violinist Anna da Silva Chen and cellist James Morley reunite for a performance of modern classics. Still energised from their debut at Phoenix Central Park in 2024, the pair take Hayes St. Studio Sydney before taking the act to the sublime Abbotsford Convent, Melbourne.

Anna da Silva Chen (violin):
Anna da Silva Chen is widely regarded as one of Australia’s leading concert violinists, known for her passion and virtuosity as a concerto soloist, chamber musician, recitalist and director. She coleads the Alma Moodie Quartet and is currently on probation for a tenured position in the Australian Chamber Orchestra.
James Morley (cello);
Hailed as “Australia’s most exciting young cellist” (Limelight), Switzerland-based Australian musician James Morley works largely as a soloist and chamber musician, and frequently extends into experimental improvisation, electronics and post-instrumental performance.
