Nina Green offers experienced, warm, and down-to-earth Mental Health Counselling for women.
Nina uses a ‘whole-person’ approach to positive change, with an understanding of the ways structural factors – such as our identities, resources, connections, coping skills, or the health of our bodies – can impact on our wellbeing.
Nina has a passion for helping clients recover their sense of vitality, and especially in supporting women seeking growth and healing after complex childhood experiences. Nina has a special interest in supporting women curious about or navigating late identification of Autism or ADHD.
Nina provides a practical, adaptable service, drawing from a toolkit of evidence-based practices including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindful Self Compassion (MSC), Sensory Modulation and Motivational Interviewing (MI). Nina is passionate about neuroaffirming practice, and sharing the skills and strategies that support real change.
