Live Cello Yoga are now expanding and offering Live Sound Sessions!

Live Sound Sessions are where attendees can sit, lay or move freely on a yoga mat or seat to enjoy the experience music in whatever way they please in a non-guided session. Think of it as a gig / concert / performance / non-guided cello yoga / sound bath –  bring this exciting new concept to life with cellist and composer, Conrad Hamill.

At this session, you will experience 60-minutes of sound / music / songs (you decide!) across multiple genres – all with the intent to foster deep and intentional relaxation. Each session will include a curated list of works including original compositions for acoustic and electric cello, keyboard and effects pedals and pieces from the classical, folk or contemporary worlds. These sessions are a space where you can get stuck into the music. Conrad will explore and pilot new sounds, share more about his composition process, crank the volume up and fill the space with lush sound goodness.

Please bring something to make it comfortable for you to sit, lay or move freely in your space. This could be a yoga mat or cushion. Some will be provided as well as chairs for those that would like to sit near the back.
