Spend a festive afternoon creating something beautiful with your hands.
You’ll begin with a handcrafted wreath base, then layer it with an abundance of fresh greenery, native textures, and seasonal touches — all the botanicals you need to capture the beauty of an Australian Christmas.
Come solo or with friends. No experience needed. All materials and refreshments are provided.

Made in the Afternoon is a celebration of seasonal creativity, thoughtful gatherings, and the joy of making. At the heart of their practice is creating experiences where people can gather, unwind, and create something beautiful. They honour hands-on making, seasonal inspiration, and the simple pleasure of slowing down, bringing together thoughtfully curated materials and gentle guidance to help participants connect and surprise themselves.
Based in Melbourne and led by experience maker Nic Stockton, their sessions are designed for all skill levels — a calm, inspiring space to step in and rediscover the joy of making.
