A unique opportunity exists to join Australia’s largest creative community. Just four kilometres from the CBD, the Convent – with its historic buildings and lush surrounds – has become an inner-city sanctuary for creative practitioners and organisations seeking a peaceful, yet vibrant working environment. 

We are now offering a 29sqm studio in our shared studio space; three artist studios converted from an original 75square metre space. Situated on Level 2 of the historic Convent building, each studio has separate secure entry via a secure common door. Three quarter–height partition walls allow privacy with the benefit of common lighting and filtered natural light. The space would ideally suit a creative practitioner such as a painter, printmaker or other maker whose practice does not create impactful noise. 

The 29 sqm studio features an enclosed ‘dark’ room of approx 3sqm, with a data point & electrical outlet that may suit animation, photography or other creative practices. A South-facing cathedral height window overlooks the Heritage Gardens. The studio contains 2 heating units and multiple data & electrical outlets.
