Position Vacant, Precinct Operations Assistant

We are looking for four Precinct Operations Assistants to deliver excellent customer service to internal and external clients across the dynamic community and commercial events happening daily at the Convent.

This position requires a combination of organisation, flexibility and personability. As the principal point of contact for clients, this role is responsible for end-to-end delivery of customer and equipment services, in addition to liaising directly with casual staff, volunteers, contractors and service providers.

This is a part-time position with a salary package of circa $56,700 per annum (plus superannuation). A one month probation applies.

Position Vacant, Community Arts Officer (Programming)

We are looking for a creative, strategic and motivated individual with a great understanding of community engagement at the Convent .

The Community Arts Officer will contribute and support the Convent’s exciting program of vibrant artistic and cultural activities and events. This position requires networking, organisation, and outreach skills to help identify opportunities to further connect with community groups, deepen relationships with Abbotsford Convent and inspire a diversity of visitation.

This is a full-time position with a salary package of circa $65,800 per annum (plus superannuation). A one month probation applies.

Position Vacant, Visitor Experience Liaison

We are looking for three friendly, engaging and personable individuals with excellent communication skills to be the principal point of contact for visitors arriving at the Convent precinct.

The Visitor Experience Liaison will undertake various activities to assist visitors with information about precinct services, events and wayfinding. The role requires an understanding of quality customer service, organisation and efficiency to ensure visitors to the Convent have a positive and memorable experience.

This is a part-time position with a salary package of circa $56,700 per annum (plus superannuation). A one month probation applies.
