Mercator Studio

A very rare opportunity for a 24m2 ground floor artist’s studio has how opened up in the inspirational  Mercator Building. Purpose built to enable creators (including hard artists) to practice their art form, this aesthetically beautiful building is uniquely positioned alongside a large lawn area and the stunning facade of the Laundry complex. Situated in a hub alongside other creators, the built form encourages open studio events and retail visitation. The tenancy offers access to shared kitchen facilities, bathrooms and a shower.  

Onsite you’ll find an assortment of delicious food options, markets, venues, a gallery and an extensive program of events and workshops all at your doorstep. Sitting alongside the Yarra Capital Trail, the Convent is accessible by bike or via public transport. All tenants receive a discount for use of a 300-space onsite car park.
