Creative Studios

Two small creative studios are becoming available for lease in the Convent Building in the coming months. The former nun’s dormitories have high ceilings with cathedral height windows allowing plenty of natural light. The rooms boast stunning views of the Convent Courtyard, are self-contained and lockable, and come with hydronic heating. Shared kitchenette facilities and bathrooms with shower facilities are nearby.

Sitting alongside the Yarra Capital Trail, the Convent is accessible by bike or via public transport. All tenants receive a discount for use of a 300-space onsite car park.

Onsite you’ll find an assortment of delicious food options, markets, venues, a gallery and an extensive program of events and workshops all at your doorstep. With over 130 studios onsite, the Convent is home to some of Melbourne’s finest creatives, arts organisations, and wellbeing practitioners, making this the ultimate place for collaboration and community engagement.
