The Convent is a living cultural village across 16 acres of heritage buildings, gardens and creative studios. It’s a place where people gather, create, learn and celebrate every day. Hospitality plays a central role in that experience, and this tender opens the door for a catering partner who can help bring the site to life in new and meaningful ways.
For the first time, the successful partner will have precinct-wide access across all event spaces, from grand halls and chapels to courtyards, gardens and meeting rooms. It is a rare opportunity to shape weddings, conferences, festivals, community gatherings and everything in between.
