For lovers of Australian craft beers and the food and music to match, Brewers Feast returns to the Abbotsford Convent this summer.
Featuring great beer and good vibes, Brewers Feast is Melbourne’s boutique beer and food festival, featuring more than 80 brews from 20 Australian breweries, including craft beer and cider from:

As well as their usual delicious drops, breweries will also be crafting more than 12 exclusive ‘Bintani Festival Beers’ – made just for Brewers Feast! Non-beer drinkers are catered for too, with numerous wine producers including Otway Estate, handmade lemonade, alcohol free mojitos and freshly squeezed juices.
But there’s more than just drinks on the menu. Pair your favourite craft beers and ciders of the festival with mouth-watering food to help you soak up the good times in the Convent’s Heritage gardens. Food is sure to delight with smoked meats by Fancy Hanks, gourmet Mac n’ Cheese from Twisted Mac, vegan-friendly foods from MILF – Man I Love Falafel, traditional arancini from Melbourne Arancini, wood-fired pizza by Soul Kitchen,speciality donuts from Donut Panic, plus many more taste bud pleasers.
Live music is on the menu too, with chart-topping local artists in a program curated especially for the festival, featuring Shiva and the Hazards, Neighbourhood Youth, Ben Whiting, The Winter Gypsy, Mango Retreat and more.
Brewers Feast is not only the perfect way to say hello to summer with friends – it’s also the perfect place to learn how to become your own master brewer. A showcase of great beer master classes, Brewers Feast allows you to explore the brewing process and the wonderful world of beer pairing. Classes run throughout the day for you to expand your beer horizons.

A multi-course dinner of gourmet food paired with craft beers by experts, ‘The Last Supper’ is sure to delight the taste buds with six beers to match six courses. Sample brews from Prickly Moses, CoConspirators Brewing, Cavalier Brewing, White Rabbit and more, while feasting on barbecued octopus, pulled pork, chicken tajine, goat’s cheese pissaladière with caramelised onion ice cream, panna cotta with whisky roasted strawberries and dark chocolate tart! ‘The Last Supper’ takes place in the Mural Hall from 6 – 11pm.
Saturday & Sunday
The Saturday craft beer and food festival and the Sunday Chill Out festival bring the Convent Heritage gardens to life with exclusive brews from Australia’s finest craft breweries with mouth-watering food and live music to match. Pair a beer with the artists, Brewers Feast will recommend a beer that is matched to the artist on the main stage, guaranteed to be a unique experience! Discover which beer is the perfect fit for that particular spirit, cheese, smoked meat, donut, or other unique food pairing, with master classes and craft beer education sessions throughout the day. Supporting local small businesses and using the finest, locally sourced ingredients, Brewers Feast proves again that it’s the festival created by beer and food lovers, for beer and food lovers.
