Feet are our silent champions. From babyhood they carry us, take us places, play, run, dance with us, day after day, year after year. Yet we rarely notice them until they grumble.
Using gentle movement explorations, you will discover how improving movement of the foot and ankle creates a greater sense of ease and fluidity in the whole body.
Becoming more in touch with your feet, you will experience how they can work more elegantly with your knees, hips and all through to the top of you spine and head, improving how the whole body moves and balances.
