    One Heart Yoga & Meditation
    One Heart is a sanctuary for yoga and meditation practice. One Heart combines a physically active practice with mindfulness and meditation, infused with inspiring teachings, to nourish body, mind and heart. A team of experienced teachers offer a full timetable of classes for all levels of experience, including beginners yoga, dynamic and integrated classes, meditation, prenatal yoga, mums and bubs yoga, yoga and meditation workshops, monthly one-day urban retreats and residential country retreats. One Heart also has an introductory offer for your first visit: $30 for 10 consecutive days of unlimited yoga and meditation classes.

    The One Heart Vision
    Within all of us is a natural ground of being that is already awake. We discover this inner presence through the breath, the heart, the body, the moment. This luminous presence is the One Heart that resides in us all. As we build a community of the heart, we can engage with the world with wisdom and love.

    Anahata Giri, Director of One Heart, has been practising yoga for 25 years, teaching for 10 years and is a member of Yoga Australia and a trained yoga therapist. She is passionate about yoga and meditation as a way of living life wholeheartedly.
