Traditional Tibetan Massage

    Gabriella Sanelli

Ku Nye –Traditional Tibetan Massage – is a practice indigenous to the Tibetan Medical system. It’s a nurturing, whole-body massage using oils based on your energy diagnosis. Oil is applied gradually over the body by rubbing, kneading, acupressure and other therapies, according to your diagnosis. It is a relaxation massage for general wellbeing or to treat specific conditions such as headaches, depression, tension, fatigue, neck and back pain. Gabriella also offers chair massage, kneading and soothing the muscles around the back, shoulders, arms and head.

Gabriella received her training in Tibetan therapies in Australia from Dr Nida Chenagtsang, founder of the International Academy of Traditional Tibetan Medicine, which includes Ku Nye Massage, Mantra Healing and Sa Che (Tibetan Geomancy). This is complimented with Gabriella's training in Tibetan Usui Reiki and ear candling. She is a registered iRest Level 1 Teacher-in-Training and also a quailed yoga teacher. Gabriella creates a relaxed and nurturing environment for her clients, inducing an intuitive awareness of the connections between the physical body, the stillness of the mind and the vital energy.
