Complete Works Theatre Company

    Theatre Company

Complete Works Theatre Company (CWTC) develops, produces and performs classic and contemporary theatre for young people. From Shakespeare to Sophocles, Monkey Magic to Mulga Bill, the art of storytelling and fostering a love of language is what the company does.

Established in 1999, the company has become an important creative component of the Victorian English and Arts secondary curriculum, developing and touring live theatre for students and bringing plays, poems and stories to life. The Abbotsford Convent is the company’s base where it develops and rehearses before heading out on the road to tour the state. Collaborations with some of the state's peak arts organisations and local communities are also an important part of the company's work. It has developed creative partnerships with Arts Victoria, The Song Room, RFDS, City of Yarra, LH Martin Institute, Knox City, Regional Arts Victoria and Drama Victoria.
